Robert Milici is an artist, photographer, surfer, angler, diver, and retired San Francisco Firefighter living in Fernandina Beach, Florida. With a Masters Degree in Fine Art and over 35 years of photography and art experience, Robert combines his unique vision with his love for all things ocean.
